hella fog lights
Re: hella fog lights
When i was installing mine it was shortly after i had a low hp problem so i was pissed at my car, (thankfully i fixed that). So i took off the factory fog light brackets and torched the hole in them much much bigger. I then welded on some tabs to extend the 2 side mounting points. I wouldn't of probably used a torch on them if i wouldn't of been pissed at the car, but hey it works, and no one can see it with the lights installed.
Re: hella fog lights
i just grinded the sides to make the fog lights fit right in there, i just need something to hold it, should i go to like acr hardware and get longer bolts the same thread and stuff as those that came with the fog lights? will that work?
Re: hella fog lights
I made brackets from sheet aluminum stock. They are sort of triangular with 2 bolt holes to attach to the stock bracket mounting points and a hole fot mounting the lamp. A few washers as needed to center and level the lights in the bumper openings and they look factory.

You should see 'em with the 90 mm headlights
