Ok bleeding the ABS?

I recently went to LS1 brakes and i did bleed the brakes from the rear to front starting with the rear passenger.

Now my ? is can i go ahead and bleed the ABS now? Cause i remember taking off one of the lines from the abs.

I do have a brake bleeder pump. Which i can connect a rubber hose and then pump the abs which sucks air out of the system till brake fluid comes out into a container.

Is this ok, or would i have to redo the entire brakes?

I don't know why you removed an ABS line as it wouldn't of been necessary. I believe you have to do the ABS module then the 4 wheels again. At least thats what my haynes manual said. When i dropped my motor out the bottom and had to disconnect the ABS Module and the instructions in the book said to do the ABS module first then the 4 wheels. Thats what i did, and i didn't have any problems.
