No, The pulley I have is for a oil line type D1. What is the difference in crank pullies between a D1 and a D1SC?

Is there a diference in offset? Would a spacer change line this up? Do I need to get a pulley for a D1SC?

There is no difference in offset, just diameter. You just need to calculate your max impeller rpm to make sure you don't overspin the blower.

For most kits, it's 7.65, but ATI also has a 8.5" crank pulley available.

I have one of those and it's huge. It comes pretty close to the swaybar.
