also did you have any problems with the 335's. i want to get 17x9.5's with 315's. just wanted to know if they fit alright

 

With a 9.5 inch rim you cant fit a 315. i believe the biggest you can and want to go is 285, but most go with 275. You need a ten inch rim if ya want to go 315. Im in that delimma now, i bought the ZO6's and 17X9.5 and i want to sell them cuz i need wider rims. I mini tubbed the car so i can fit 335's out the back.

you could fit the 315 on a 9.5 rim but it just bulgdes over a little. i just wanted to know if it clears everything or do you need some modifications

 

If you check in cardomain for AW/whiteZ-28 his rear z06 wheels are 10.5inch wide so he probably got not problem with his 335.

Go in the wheel FAQ and look at the 8th reply made by injuneer,it explain all you may need to do to fit so much wide tire in the back

He explain what to do with 17x11 wheels not with 17x9.5 one.

335's were a bitch to get on without rubbing alot, I still need to mini tub the rear so I can take corners hard without cornering. If you get 335's, pilot sports are the worst tires for dry traction I have ever had, the compound is way too hard.

I just got some nitto DR's in 305/35/18 the other day they have been great so far way better than the 335's

after I tub it I'm getting 335 nitto drags
