Just got done watchin Kiddell stomp the shi* out of Couture about an hour and a half ago and was leavin my friends house to go to hasting and buy Orgazmo( the greatest movie ever:bow: ). on the way I ended up cruisin next to a 90-94 turbo talon w/ dohc and awd. I drove 40mph in 2nd gear for 2 miles waitin for him to bite. he finally did and got a car ahead of me. I got a couple feet ahead of him by 60 and he shut off:confused: ) Im pretty sure he was stock, he had exhaust but no pillar pods and had a bike rack w/out the bike on the back( not a serious drag car). So i turned of the street and waved at him. I wasnt a turbo car now.
After buying the greatest movie ever i was leavin the parking lot and saw a jetta/passat with the gauges on the pillar (indicating a turbo). I slow down on the street to 25mph in a 40 to let him catch up and ended at stopping at a light. I rev at him and the light turns green and i give it 3/4 throttle until 20mph and stomp it. By the time i was in mid 2nd gear he was atleast 2 cars behind and im like wtf? So we cruise for 7 miles next to each other and i see him slow down so i down shift into second around 50mph. He hears it and goes wot. I match him until im about ready to shift 3rd. I go WOT and shift and pull till i hit 85mph. Its about 38 deg outside and both windows are down and he does a ricer flyby and i hear his turbo blow off. im assuming either a bad driver or a small turbo. anyhow it was a fun night and i only saw 1 cop.
Oh and then i was at jack in the crack and this guy in this CRX wanted to race his 10 sec car against mine for money. I said "when did it run 10sec". He said "this last season". I go "oh, well how come i dont remember seeing or hearing about it at the track and dont recall seeing a CRX on the 100mph+ website". He gives me a stupid look and i just drive off a say "nice hot wheel". the car looked ridiculous.
EDIT: after looking at the site there was a 89 honda that trapped at 104.xx so that might be it.
