hesitation and misfire on 94 3.4L

my gf has a 94 3.4L camaro. It has a hesitation and takes spells where it misfires badly at idling and cruising. I have changed spark plugs, wires, air filter, and pcv valve. I have also cleaned the throttle body and the IAC valve. Is it the coil packs?

Also is the fuel filter the same as a LT1 cause I got a good one laying around?

I had a pretty bad misfire due to faulty coilpack. There also a chance, that seals under coilpacks are bad and moisture are getting there (I think it's the same design as on 3.8L).
