I was at NAIAS on Sunday Jan 15. The first thing I did was run to the Camaro Concept.
It is AMAZING in person. There was a crowd of people 5 deep for the whole time I was there. Amazing stuff.

Here is a gallery of pictures I took: http://www3.sympatico.ca/tedkrygier/camaro/camaroconcept.htm

Check out that crowd!

It's SO much better in person than it is in pictures, eh?? ;) The crowd around the Camaro seemed to be about 2 to 1 compared to the Challenger at any time I saw it :D. The Challenger certainly drew a crowd as well, but the Camaro definitely stole the show .

Nice man. I have about 5-600 pictures (from the same day, so we probably caught eachother in pictures) that I've yet to put up.

Ahh, most of mine were from the morning (around 9am, right as doors opened). There weren't too many people there, so it was great. My second batch came from around 3.

I guess we did miss eachother..

The more I see it, the more I like it! From some angles the front doesnt look so pointy, and I like that. I really love that line that comes from the A pillar back to the C pillar. It reminds me of the drip rails cars used to have.

When I was there Monday morning, people were 1-2 deep around the Challenger, 4-5 deep around the GT500, and 15-20 deep around the Camaro.

I was there all day tuesday . The Camaro and Challenger had pretty much a equal draw all day long . More ooooo's and aaaaaah's coming from the Camaro camp though .

Ted - I know you had to of cussed the announcer guy more than once , lol . I took about 60 pics , and had one hell of a time actually getting just the car in the pics , grrrrrr:mad: :D

For Impala64 - Heres a pretty telling pic of the front . Its actually less pointy than the 4th gen front end .

I agree but IMO some point is necessary to keep it more modern - and, as mentioned in a walk around the car, it keeps the longer hood while letting the tires sit up front closer.
