Sell or Part out? 96 Z28 A4 w/ body damage

I have a Black 96 Z28 ttops, chrome wheels, black/red interior with 96k miles. I was hit in my apt complex and the front drivers side fender is messed up. The car drives fine but has some rattles and other issues with the power windows and coolant sensor. The paint is oxydizing on the roof and has several scratches. Im not trying to get much for it but im trying to decide if I should sell the car complete or part it out using the forum/ebay.

Please post any suggestions/experiences.

edit - pioneer cd player w/ rockford fosgate component speakers installed in the dash. A new crack has also appeard in the dash :(. AC works great but I am having some issues with the heat.
