there are several differances between the sb2.2's and even some of the 18 and 15 deg heads.. they can be good on the street but I would recomend a big ci small block.. on all three choices they will require special intakes, and headers. I'm not shure about acc bolt holes. there are a lot of people on here that know more abut those then me someone should post.

Scroll down the page and there's a brief list of specifications for the 011, 021, 559 & 560 heads. Pay attention to what you're buying should you decide to buy used stuff.

With the 18 & 15* heads you will need special pistons, shaft rockers, intake manifold and headers.

The 2.2's will require all that along with a sb2.2 specific camshaft. Of course the studs and other hardware are different as well.

If you want the more basic answer than what you have so far....

18° and 15° heads have a valve angle that is that far off perpendicular (from the deck) tilted towards the intake or center of the motor.

SB2.2 heads are 11° x 4° on the intake and 8° x 0° on the exhaust.... The x 4° on the intake means that it's also tilted away from the bore 4° so it's a canted valve head, just like a Ford Cleveland or Big Block.
