Camaro flag...

I was surprised nobody noticed or said anything about the missing Camaro flag/logo. Interesting this wasn't incorporated into the concept design somewhere. This is a concept, so anything is possible if/when it goes into production.

The flag was never on a 1st gen Camaro. Being that the concept is so much so inspired by the 68-69 Camaro, why would anyone expect it? Secondly, its much cleaner and more modern looking without it.

Personally, I hope the flag is dead. I'm getting tired of mine being stolen off my car in the first place.

Yeah someone talked about this a few weeks ago…..

I think I kind of agree with the above statement…

I think the car will look cleaner with less decals on it….

I think most of us around here will be plenty happy with Z28 and SS on the car with out the flag.

Speaking of the Camaro flag, I want one of those black and blue Camaro polo shirts those media guys were wearing... and one of those 4th gen lettered CAMARO shirts like the female reporter was wearing... I'll be searching ebay tomorrow.

What black and blue Camaro polo? Al from Extreme Memorabilia made shirts for us lucky Camaro enthusiasts that got to go to the show. They were black with a checkered collar/sleeves and the Camaro logo and nose emblem. He said he'll be putting them on his site for sale shortly. He did these as a special deal for us for the show. I'm not sure if you're talking about those or something else.

As for the Camaro flag it was only used on the 67 Camaros. It's a great logo but that was the only time it had been on a car.

If you watch the video on gmtv.feedroom.com there are 2 guys standing next to each other that are on camera for about 5 seconds or more wearing what I am talking about. I think it was a blue collar.

Are we sure it isn't in the interior design at all?

I wouldn't mind it in the interior, but I do agree that I wouldn't want it on the outside. It is definitely a pain having that thing stolen.

For example, I think it'd look awesome on the headrests. Like on my 97, I have the 30th Anniversary jazz on the headrests and that looks pretty nice.

I think you're talking about the shot of Al Poulin and his dad. Al is the guy who made the shirts for us. You can still order one. The shirts are black.
