Where to get my 12-bolt, all option :D

Its time to upgrade, need to know where you guys get them the cheapest, if its not a vendor just pm me the place, thanks ;).

Moser, and I think Strange, operate on a "lowest advertised price" principle. IOW, their dealers can't advertise for less than a specified prace. But even if they don't sell 'em for less, they can throw in free shipping, etc. From what I know, Tom Byrne (who is a board advertiser) offers a good price and service.

I just spent 20 minutes looking around your site and haven't found one thing mentioning rears not even when searching by vender.. Where can someone get more info?

Very nice price, do you guys price match? The best i have so far is speed-eng has it w/ a true trac for 2075....i was gonna buy from them but a friend told me he had problems w/ them shipping...

We just got everything lined up for the rear ends so I haven't gotten a chance to add them to our site. I will work on it today and until then if you have any questions feel free to pm me.

That price is for a c clip style 12 bolt,not a bolt in style shaft.We can one of those for $2,000.00

Hey guys, I just called Eric about these rear's he's now offereing and they are doing them in house, and they sound like they are doing it for a great price. It looks like I can get a true trac 9" from them fully set up and with 4 ch, shipped to me for less then most places can do a 12 bolt and shipping, very competative pricing!!!

I will keep everyone up to date, I like trying to help out up and coming places...

Now I got to talk the wife into letting me spend the money :D

I have to say the combo of a 4L60E and a 9" isn't making a lot of sense to me, but if that's what you want...........

I agree with Rich....12-bolt should be more than you'll ever need. I went with the Moser 12-bolt because that's what all of the local "big dogs" are running (running in the 9s).

I am actually following in the foot steps of a couple friends here both running 9", yes one is a 6sp but one is a 4l60e. Specifically Dirk (RacinLT1) has run a CPT race build 4l60e and 9" from many years now. Bolt on car + 150 shot of n20 he ran 11.0's. I thought that was pretty good.

Why do you suggest going more of the 12 bolt route? Eveyone keeps telling me the 9" is better/stronger, yes it has more (loss) and weight, but I figured it was worth it if I was going to be building up more later on. The motor won't stay stock for long and I trust this tranny for low ET's...

If I can get a 12 bolt that I know can take me all the way to my final goals then I will think about it. But everyone I talk to about my car tells me to get a 9"...

The 9" can certainly be bult stronger, but the problem for a street optimzed car is the posi. The Eaton/12-bolt is a very nice combo and will take more than your 4L60E can dish out. If you are building a car optimzed for the drags that will someday have mega-hp, than I guess the 9" makes sense. But you will break the tranny first, with either a 9" or a 12-bolt.
