Unknown Piece(s) missing...

I was under my TA yesterday surveying the damages when I noticed 2 bolts on the right front frame rail with plastic under them. It is inside the right front fender well like up under the bumper. There's also a vacuum line there. What did I lose?

Vacuum reservoir for the heat/AC controls.
