Infernal Hails, mates. I'm new here (obviously). Found this forum via google just after I bought my first car which happens to be a 1991 Z28 (pics below). About me, 17, headbanger (for the most part), and from the South Bay area. Now for the car.

~110k miles, few things that would deter it from perfection. L98 5.7L V8, all stock (until I get some money). Plan on getting it painted either Midnight blue or black. That's about it for now, good day. :cool:

The car looks great, I love third-gens and it's a nice one (good year, color interior, and it's a Z28 so it has the cool hood and spoiler)!

I personally would keep it red. There is A LOT involved in a GOOD color change (I know, I've done it twice).

If you are dead set on it though I would choose something NOT (at least for a third gen) factory (why go through all the hassle for black?)

I would go Electron Blue (see my avatar), Hugger Orange, Sunset Orange Metallic, Bright Green Metallic, something cool...
