Well guys ive had lots of fun in my iroc and its not getting old yet but it breaks down quite a bit. I was thinking about selling it because its sucks money outta my pocket like nothing else. I was thinking that if I got a 383 stroker kit would it breath some new life into my camaro, and increase its reliability? I would be replacing all the engine internals practically and would most likely get a new camshaft too. So what u guys think?

Depends what is breaking. Other than the fuel system, these cars are cheap to maintain. Check what a water pump costs for your car, and then check for my 98 Z28. I will probably keep my third gen for a long time....

All cars break down, work with what you got. A stroker kit would definitely be an enjoyable upgrade. Give the car some benefit of the doubt though, it is almost two decades old. Good luck with whatever you decide though.
