A few stereo questions

I've been trying to track down a problem for a while. Or at least I think its a problem. I have a 95 with a pioneer HU and infinity speakers in the door and the pass rear speaker is blown. My one sub in the rear seems to drown out all my other speakers. I even have an ext. amplifier pushing the infinity's and it still drowns them out. Is this normal? Is my best bet to rewire my stereo and get rid of all the bose amplifiers to include the rear sub. I have done this with the door speakers but I think they are still wired into all the crap in the back. What is all that stuff for in that black box? It seems like all of the speakers are wired through it. Thanks

you got the right idea. The best bet is to dump ALL the stock stuff if you have a bose based system to start with. It just creates headaches like you are experiencing.

Just rewired my front speakers straight off of the amp and Ive got tunes. Sounds great now, gracias
