How much juice with boost

Not really sure if this should go here or in forced induction.

Any of you guys spraying with boost. I am looking at 6.5ish PSI (Paxton SN93) and thinking like a 50ish shot to cool it down, stock bottom end, new head gaskets and all.
With a tune how much do you think it will handle spraying only at the track and not very often and probably with 110 octane? Car does not leak or burn oil so I know its still pretty tight.

I spray and boost. 6psi with about a 75shot. It equated to about a 75 shot but in reality the jetting was closer to somewhere in the ballpark of 35 to 40shot. With the boost, you'll probably get more then your actual jetting shot. So if you plan on a 50 shot, it will probably be closer to 75 to 100 shot. My numbers were based off my dyno data also. What I saw compared to what I jetted for was a lot higher. Hope this helps.

I sprayed 100 shot on 14#'s no problem. Just make sure you have it tuned right, maybe pull a few degrees out in timing. As for your fuel pressure, if you have a FMU, jet the fuel pill down a few numbers due to the fuel spike/higher pressure from the fmu will make it run rich. You should be fine as long as that paxton holds up.

a stock bottom end will hold all of that?

Not with my setup, but maybe what LS1 freak might try to do. My engine was forged, etc, etc.

The boost didnt change the jetting of the shot, the spray changed the air desity of the boost entering. I would assume with the spray you were mabey seeing more boost.

KA------POW----EEEEE is what we seen on a stock bottom end on 8#'s in my friends camaro. Broke 3 out of the 8 stock piston ringlends. Yeah I wouldn't recommend running my old set up unless you upgrade your engine to forged internals.

Nope. Didn't see any more boost with the spray. 6psi before and on the spray.
