Drum Brake Problem

Looking for some help. Recently had a front passenger side brake cylinder start leaking on my 1969 Camaro. These are drum brakes. I had new brake cylinder installed. I am still having a problem with the car pulling when i apply the brakes, and passenger side brake is heating up and smoking after driving a short distance at 50 or 60 mph. Should I have brake pads replaced along with the brake drum, or is there something else that should be done that I am not aware of?

Try backing off the adjuster some. If that's not it, it may be a distribution block issue or a master cylinder issue.
