Vandals spray painted a rim... how to get it off?

So some ******* decided to spraypaint one of my rims, including the center cap. Already tried to get it off with paint thinner -- no go. Anyone else got any ideas?

they sell this stuff at autozone or maybe even walmart thats called aircraft stripper. it would DEFINATELY get it off.

with the clear coat on the rim.

autozone also sells grafitti remover i dont know how it works but it might be worth looking into

I managed to finally get it off of the rim with some SOS pads. It came off of the center cap with lots of soap and hard scrubbing... I'm reallllly glad it came off... freaking punks.

mineral spirits works like a charm.

With the blood from the face of the punk that did it.

If the paint is a cheap spray paint and its fresh I think brake cleaner will take it off.
