hulettsz28 12-11-2005, 08:25 PM where have you had the best service with ordering?
(LT headers, cb exhaust, moroso CAI, gaskets, timing chain, cam RR's push rods, injectors, etc...)
wrd1972 12-11-2005, 08:32 PM I personally like summit racing and thunder racing.
Shipping is reasonable and fast.
kick Z tail out 12-11-2005, 08:33 PM Always happy with Summit. :)
firebirdStud 12-11-2005, 10:34 PM summit is usually cheaper than jegs... but both are really fast, and super easy to deal with for returns!
Heatmaker 12-11-2005, 10:40 PM From the big companies.... SUMMIT!
DiabloGT 12-11-2005, 11:17 PM never rksport they dont tell you when your gonna really get the part and it took about 3 weeks to get a tiny thermostat...
2000GTP 12-12-2005, 12:20 AM I love Summit, usually try to buy as much as possible from them considering everything I order usually makes it to my house in only a day or two. Thunderracing.com is my other favorite.
lt11997 12-12-2005, 05:05 AM I personally like summit racing and thunder racing.
Shipping is reasonable and fast.
Another vote for Summit and Thunder Racing.
speedygonzales 12-12-2005, 06:22 AM Summit all the way. RK doesn't know their A$$ from tin cups.
wrd1972 12-12-2005, 09:34 AM Summit all the way. RK doesn't know their A$$ from tin cups.
I did not have any problems with RK. They shipped my headers promptly and had them in 4 days.
They also sent a replacement header quickly when I was concerned about a fitment issue.
Maybe I was the exception.
LtsRace 12-12-2005, 09:54 AM Ive noticed that Summit is cheaper than Jegs too. One vote for Summit here..
cwaldt 12-12-2005, 09:54 AM I've never had any trouble with RK Sport but then again I've never had any trouble from Summit or Jegs either. I do believe the best best is Summit though.
n2ceptor 12-12-2005, 04:42 PM Ive used all three..... No probs here......:)
Sinister95Z 12-12-2005, 04:43 PM Another vote for Summit. Parts are here sometimes overnight.
dmnall 12-12-2005, 05:58 PM I have ordered from Jegs a few times, and eventhough it took around a week, I hear they are shipping usually 1 - 2 days free. I have never had any problems actually a few times I ordered the prices were less then what originally quoted, which is a plus. I have not ordered anything from Summit or RK Sport.

danhr 12-12-2005, 06:40 PM i had a problem when i ordered my coated hooker headers from summit. first they sent me headers for a regular 350, not an lt1. so i had to pay to send those back, and then they sent me uncoated hooker headers. I sent those back and finally got a set of coated hooker headers but they didnt come with the O2 sensor extentions, which are clearly included in the picture they have on the online catalog. Not only that, but ever person I have talked to that got hooker headers got O2 senser extentions with their headers' orginial packaging. I called them up about this and they said the only thing they were going to do were send me some bungs to weld in. So i guess they wanted me to weld those into one of the primaries?
but i ordered a set of spark plug wrap and they sent that fine...
QuickSilver02 12-12-2005, 06:54 PM I've never had problems with summit or jegs. I like them both. I also recommend Scoggin-Dickey. They were the cheapest for coated Hooker Headers I could find on the net. They have excellent customer service. Plus they got specials and stuff. I got like 15% off my torque converter. They saved me a bunch of money on all the stuff I bought from them.
sc1twntrbo 12-12-2005, 07:07 PM i like thunder better than all the others listed
Skull Leader 12-13-2005, 12:12 AM Another vote for Summit and Thunder Racing.
I'll 3rd that. Summit has good shipping prices and Thunder Racing has quick shipping. Even when they was mooshed by the hurricane, they still shipped my gears to me in less than a week.
I have worked with both Summit and Jegs. Both good experiences. I've heard a lot about poor service from Jegs so I lean toward Summit if my local speed shop can't supply.
robvas 12-13-2005, 08:29 AM I order from Summit more than Jegs, but I've had good experiences with both companies.
