Properly adjusting valve lash?

Hi, I'm putting my engine together. I'm just checking out the manual I have on how to adjust valve lashm but I noticed it's for roller rockers from 3rd gen camaros. I have hydraulic solid lifters and I was wondering, if the manual tells me to get it to the point of no lash, and then tighten down 3/4 of a turn, is it the same for solid lifters on a SBC?

Thanks, Brandon

Hydraulic solid lifters? That's an oxymoron. It's one or the other.
