Thanks. :D Lonnie Pavtis 11-28-2005, 10:26 PM Yes, They will come right off with the studs in the block. Kevin Blown 95 TA 11-29-2005, 06:04 AM Thanksfor the quick reply!!! Camaro_SS/R 12-01-2005, 01:23 AM With the new studs you can also pull the studs off with an Allen wrench. Then the heads can come off without any clearance issues. Kevin Blown 95 TA 12-01-2005, 10:04 AM Hugh, are those ARP studs? Camaro_SS/R 12-01-2005, 11:13 AM Hugh, are those ARP studs? Yup. It should have a hole on top of the stud for an allen wrench to go in. Always always always put the proper thread sealant for the ARP head studs!! :) cheers --Hugh Kevin Blown 95 TA 12-01-2005, 01:04 PM Thanks again - that's a good improvement. I have the ARP thread sealer. I always have a problem of whose torque specs to use. There's GM, ARP, AFR, & sometimes gasket maker. What does everybody else do? I'm going with the Cometic gaskets this time. | ||
