67 Camaro for SEMA Show Pics

My step dad and his friend have recently built a car that was sent to the 2005 Las Vegas Sema show...this is one beautiful car, I thought I'd show you some pics before anybody else sees them. These were taken in the paint booth of the shop the car was built at, I only got four pictures, but you can get a view of the work done...it's a magnificent car by anybody's standards.

Here's the front of the car, it's got the stinger hood with a centered red stripe down the length of the car. You can see I was a little bit cramped in there.

Here's the back, a nice spoiler and the exhaust tips coming through the back valance.

This is the interior, my step-dad (that's him in the black shirt) did the upholstery for the whole inside of this car as well as the convertible top cover. You can also see the custom made corvette style waterfall dash and the custom made center console.

Last but not least, the fire breathing 540 cubic inch, 750 horsepower beast of an engine. The air cleaner isn't installed in this picture, but the top plate is all polished aluminum with the various sponsor's names engraved in it.

Let me know what you guys think. By the way, if you want any interior work done, just let me know and I can give you the info you need.

Wow......just wow, thats an incredible car. If you don't mind me asking, with all that work, what was the price tag on it? Eventually I plan on building up an older camaro similar to that and those pictures have definately given me some ideas. Great car, excellent work by your step dad and his friend. Good job on the pics too.

My step dad said there's at least 100,000 bucks in the car, but a lot of it was sponsor donated items. I really don't know how much was donated and how much wasn't, but I know my step dad spent almost 24 straight hours on the interior so it would be ready to go to the show.

Very nice car, maybe I should pass that pic. along to my uncle, it might inspire him to do some stuff to his 68 and 69 Camaros.

That's a sweet looking car - I wouldn't have done everything that way for own car, but damn good looking and excellent looking workmanship

You know, I really didn't find out what transmission was in it...the wheels are Forgeline SP3-P's, I'm not sure what size, maybe 19's and 20's...I know the rears are bigger than the front wheels.

That's the wheel that's on it...I hate that I didn't get a good picture from the side or a good angle shot to show the stance, but it was in a crowded paint booth and they couldn't move it out for me to take better pictures...but it's got a really aggressive stance to it, and looks great with the big Wilwood brakes behind the wheels.
