I posted this on the corvette forum, but havent gotten a response yet. Anyways, how far will the stock injectors and fuel pump go in a NA motor. Im already at the 400 RWHP mark and just trying to see where my next investment should be! TIA

cant remember how, but there is a way, maybe with ls1 edit or other tune software, to see what duty cycle your injectors are running. im still on stockers with 415rwhp, no problems. you have a little more room to go before you need them. i have a set of 42# for when i finally get a ls6 intake.

A local guy did 440 in a '98 with a stock fueling system, but I believe the 98's have a slightly larger injector.

 ...and this car will be the single biggest LS6 intake RWHP gain in known automotive history. Next time you're in Baton Rouge, you can borrow mine for the weekend. It's still sitting in a box. Hope you get your intake soon.;)

i've always heard the 400-425rwhp is about where injectors start to fall short. not saying you can't still make good power, but you'll be leaving something on the table without upgrading.

i'm currently at 400rwhp, when i put heads on i plan to upgrade. the SVO injectors are a good bet.

OK, so Im looking for near 500 RWHP. I will obviously change the injectors, but what about the fuel pump? TIA

yeah i got off track, ment to mention the fuel pump. yes its a good idea to switch that out to a walboro or better. next question then would be if you are going to change the pump the hard or easy way. drop the rear vs trap door method.

I'm at 415/400 and my duty cycle is pretty close to maxed.
