Anybody here looking into starting a business or relocating an existing business to Abbotsford? There's a new building going up that still has a little bit of space left that is slated to be completed Mid January. It's 70% leased right now & it's a brand new Class A office & retail building right across from West Oaks & Seven Oaks malls on Gladwin Road & South Fraser Way. Scotia Bank is the anchor tenant @ 9000 sq feet. Total building size is 70,000 sq ft with 2.5 levels of underground parking. Here's a picture of what it will look like:
