so "Test only smog" finally got me

I now have to take my car to a "test only" station to smog-I think I just might non-op it since I really don't drive it too much anymore. I have "smogged" it in the past, but now this is a problem...I have torn all ALL of the smog off-no cat, no evap, no smog pump, egr, nada. It has a comp cams cam in it too, to me it just seems like way too much trouble for a car that gets driven <300 miles a year. I had considered registering it in AZ in a non-smog area but I need a physical address, I don't want to have to buy a ****e lot out in the desert somewhere just to have a license plate on my car. Any ideas?

I have one idea... Put the smog equipment back on your ride. How much HP did you pick up by ripping it all out?

Mini rant: I cant understand why people would rip off the smog equipment, when its clear that:

1. the equipment doesnt really hurt performance that much
2. We only have one earth to live on.

Ok

here's the problem-

I needed to take the smog equipment off to clean up the engine compartment as it is a show car. The camshaft may also be too big to pass smog as well. I am just going to non-op it, I think I put all of about 200 miles a year on it now, so I just won't sweat it. Besides, with a car like that, and how little I run it, it's not like I am hurting the Earth by putting tens of thousands of miles on it. BTW I drive a civic DX stock to work every day so no one can say I am an Earth destructor.
