The valve covers don't require any modification to work with those rockers.

What size tires are they?

 

275/35/18 in front and 295/35/18 in rear. They are BF Goodrich G-Force KDW's

 

I had to pull the inner tin PCV isolater shields out of my 2000 valve covers to get mine to clear. It was no biggie as I had already changed to the LS6 PCV.
