Post Wanted: 95 LT1 long tube coated headers, and y pipe

Hey everyone. I am sure everyone wants this, huh? lol. Well, I have a 95 bird, LT1, and I have shorties. I want long tubes. Will trade mine. :-) But, must be coated, and must be cheap. Y pipe would also make things easier. So, post up what ya got and I will see if its what I am lookin for. THANKS!

what brand are these? are they coated? It looks like it. Why is one side welded into the colloector, and the other side is all slip in? Did you make these custom? what year car did they come off of?
Thanks

Re: Wanted: 95 LT1 long tube coated headers, and y pipe

i'm not sure who made them but they came off of Dave Ducotes car (blown 1200hp low 9sec LT1 9teens @ 15xmph). in google, search his name and search it on here. you might be able too contact him for more info. i was told they cost $1300 too make

they are coated ceramic
it doesnt mater what year car they came off (that only matters in 4th gens when you want too keep emissions equip)

i never had them on my car, i was going too but now i'm parting my entire car out

i imagine the passenger side is slip fit because it is such a tight area too get a long tube into....in the pics, you can see the tabs that you slip a nut and bolt thru too keep the primaries in place. it would definately make for an easier install
