Good suspension setup

If you look at my sig, you'll see what I've done. I was watching Car and Driver TV a while back where they had a test of a BMW M3. I was watching how the car suspension reacted when the car was braking. I was impressed to see that the entire car squated down square, no nose dive at all. I thought that was damn good. I checked one out in person and they are stiff (when pushing at the corners) but reasonably comfortable.

Now, I know we won't get refinement like BMW, but is there a way (reasonably) to get our 4th gen suspensions setup similar to M3 in terms of handling and no nose squat and all that other good stuff?

This is what I have:
-Ground Control coilovers Eibach springs rate:500frt:150bck with STRANO revalved bilstein shocks
-35mm front sway bar
-LG Subframe Connectors
-Double Adjustable PHP
-BMR LCA
-3 point STB
and I can outhandle my friends M3 in my 400rwhp trans am ;)

maybe you need to check out one of the shorter length torque arm designs if you dont like the " nose squat " . However you will probably discover that there really isnt much perceptable difference except at the very edge of competitive racing on warmed-up race tires. The F-body, with minumum amounts of modifications can handle very well already (nose squat nonewithstanding).

For a shorter torque arm that will enable you to adjust your acceleration instant center separately from your braking instant center, check out this design from unbalanced engineering:

I've ordered one and will be retrofitting it onto my third-gen this winter.
