gym equipment FS

i got some gym equipment sitting around the garage.

i got a good quality bench, was bought from fittness depot a while back, its not flimsy in any way, very heavy duty, adjustable in hieght, can be adjusted to various incline positions, has pegs in the back to do chest dip excercises as well. very sturdy.

also have a decline bench, mainly for doing situps, or dumbell excersices

i have about three bars to go along, with various wieghts, i think i have about four 25lbs, and maybe six or eight 10lbs plates as well as some dumbells of varous wieghts.

included is a punching bag, thats in excellent shape, its wieght is adjustable by adding or removing water from its core. its not a light cheap bag to say the least.
