I said the same thing until I moved to Florida. Now if the AC is broke, the car gets parked until fixed! Jan and Feb might be ok, but my AC is on all the time the rest of the year!

Why can I see that belt slipping like a mother on the water pump on wet mornings, and if the engine gets sprayed down during a wash. Not much contact going on there. I don't know though I never ran a engine like that. Hope it works out for you.

exactly... most of my friends that drive f-bodies don't have workin AC... my AC didn't work either so i threw it the f*** out. I'll let u guys know sometime next week if the belt runs ok .. first i have to sort out some wiring issues after my V6-V8 swap. I'm having some trouble with the fuel pump, it's not getting any power after the swap hmmmm.

Check the fuel pump fuse. Just a quick short will fry it....

Say what you want. I had no AC cars. Not anymore. Too hot, I am too old, and they are cheap enough to fix on these cars.
