Gunmetal or Black??

I'm planning on purchasing a set of z06 wheels on ebay, and my dilemma is between the black/Chrome finish. I am leaning towards the black wheels, with the polished lip. My bird is artic white. Which would look better/meaner on a white bird?

I was going to go with black ZR1's on my 97 Formula but went with chrome instead. I really love black wheels on black cars and they also look great on white cars, but there is just something classy about an all white car on chrome rims. Just my .02.

What is the highest size of wheel you would go without sacrificing ride quality? 18, 19?

I really don't like the look of black wheels on a white car. The only exception might be if you have a black top or black stripes or something like that. Definitely get chrome or something polished. I think 18 would be the highest you could go before sacrificing not only ride quality, but much more braking quality as well. You'll need to upgrade those brakes for sure with 18s.

18's are the biggest I would go as far as ride quality and looks. An exgirlfriend of mine just put some 20's on her 00 Z and I think it looks ****ty. 18's look like they are at home on F bods.
