But most anything else is off-road use ONLY. Which means you arent supposed to use it on the street however, who is gonna know if you tuned the car? In most cases tuning will actually HELP emissions. Do you have emissions testing in your area? If so, then as long as you pass emissions you are legal. If no emissions testing, then do whatever you want as long as you have cats on the car. If you live in California, you must have a CARB # for all aftermarket parts.
