A guy near me is selling a set of Convo Pros that came off a mustang. They have the proper bolt spacing, but the back spacing is weird. He told me that the wheel is 8.5" wide with 5" of back spacing. But he said that Centerline's measurements aren't exactly right. Does anyone have some expertise in this area? I appreciate everything.

Odd..... I thought the Mustangs had a 4.5" bolt circle, vs. the 3rd and 4th Gen F-Body 4.75" bolt circle.
An 8.5" wide wheel would need a 6" backspace to fit under the fender. Might get away with a 5.5" BS. I know I tried to get 15x10" Convo-Pro with 7.5" BS for my 94, and they will not make them in the large backspace required for the 4th Gen F-Body.

Mustangs do have the 4.5" bolt circle, but these have the universal bolt cirlces for 4.5" and 4.75". I appreciate the help. I like them, just need more backspacing.

I had the 15x8.5s with the 5" backspace which is the biggest backspace they offered and they hung out about an inch too much and imho did not look good. Centerline is sooooo close to getting it right. The Telstars in the 15x8 comes with the 5.5" backspace and fits well, BUT the Telstar 15x4 fronts stick out just a hair too much.....The Convo Pro comes in a perfect backspace for the front, (they offer two different backspaces the one that works is like 2 5/16" backspace and looks great), but the rears stick out....They need to make the Telstar 15x4 in the bigger backspace!!!!!!!!!!
