Wheel repair

I had dropped my car off at a dyno shop near me. not going to say what shop and talk trash bout them cause it won't get me anywhere. but i get the car home,it was night time when i picked it up and i couldn't see anything. my rear passengerside chrome ten spoke has a nice nick in it. now its on one of the spokes. they claim they have no idea where it came from.. thats B.S. my rims have never seen rain,let alone anything bust dust. so they hitting the rim with something. CAN someone post a picture on here for me if i email it ot them. so maybe someone can tell me if the rim is able to be fixed.
