If my Tranny Is Currently Sick....

My tranny (automatic) is kind of sick, minimal slipping during accelleration and sometimes starts in 2nd gear. I don't see it cramping out any time soon and it is just more annoying and doesn't hinder my driveability for the most part.

So, if I were to put a Transgo Shift Kit on in the future, will it still improve my tranny if it is "sick"? Make it worse? Etc...

I wouldn't put a shift kit in a transmission that is acting up....waste of time + money IMO.

i woudlnt, my trans was acting the same as yours (not even that bad really, only noticed it at WOT). i put in a B&M shift kit and it killed the trans that day. transgo is the way to go when you do have the trans rebuilt though :)
