Wheel Cleaner and Polish

I just picked up a set of used polished AR 200s wheels and want to clean them up a bit. What kind of wheel polish do you guys recommend? How about cleaner? Can I just use car wash on them? Anything I can put on them to help protect as well? Thanks.

That is the best stuff I've ever used on my polished rims. It make them look almost chrome looking.
