Alright, if you've read my threads in the General forum you'll see im having quite a bit to disgest from about 6 different people about what to do with my 89 Pontiac Firebird Formula to get it to pass emissions and have it a nice running car for me for another 5 years ( if im lucky, hah ). My father knows plenty about cars, but hes really pissed at me at the moment so ive tried to get him to help me but he just laughs and says, "You should have given me that money to pay back the car of mine you wrecked." Natural parent stuff im going to flat out ignore for now. Anyone in Fort Worth who actually KNOWS about Formula style Firebirds and Tune Port engines who can come meet me at my old high school and tell me what the f*ck is going on and if im not being lied too and drilled for money to get this car proper and legal. I know sh*t about cars ( im female - youd think all these years living with a 25year vet of mechanics id of learned something but no ), so if you have some time and patience, i could sure hell use the help before i get pissed and drive the damn car into the lake.

I havent read your past threads. What part of the emissions test are you failing ? HC, CO, or NOx ?

I don't really know alot about TPI cars, but I have a friend who has one. I will read your past posts and see if me and him might be able to figure anything out. We might be able to help you out.
