LCA's in a bind?

I recently added some lca relocation brackets. I started on the passenger side. When I disconected the lca's rear bolt and swung the lca down out of the way, it had just a little resistance to rotate the front bushing. On the drivers side however, when I swung it down, it was tight! The front bushing seems almost like its in a bind and doesn't want to rotate. What to do?
