conversionrealslow94z28 09-08-2005, 08:14 AM can anyone convert this to standard 68kg/sec. flow rate on holeset hy35 SMOKNZ 09-08-2005, 08:31 AM You want it in lbs/min or cfm? realslow94z28 09-08-2005, 08:28 PM Either One Will Do. Thanks TA_LT1 09-08-2005, 09:16 PM The HY35W is right for a 4cyl. I had a turbo 2.3L Mustang with that turbo. Some stock 5.0's can make close to 400 with them. I think they're too small for an LT1, unless you went with twins. SMOKNZ 09-09-2005, 09:39 AM 68kg/sec = 8994.7 lbs/min No turbo I know of smaller than a house will flow that much air. Are you sure about the units... even if it would be Kg/min, it's 149 lbs/min, and that is alot of air for a turbo that's on a 4 banger. Thats more (WAY MORE) than a T-76, and you will probably never see one of those on a four cylinder. All I used is 1 lb = .4536 Kg, and converted sec's to mins. realslow94z28 09-09-2005, 11:59 AM i found out that it flow 800 cfms @ 3.0pr, and 700cfms @ 2.0pr. thanks for your help. | ||
