Panhard Bar.. Mount it on a loaded or unloaded suspension??

Well thats about it.
I put my panhard bar on the car while it was on the lift. I tightened it down with the wheels off the ground. For some reason, I got to thinking about it and am wondering if Ishould have tightened it down with the suspension loaded and at ride height.

Does it make a difference or would it just spin itself (in the bushings) to the right position? Just thinking it would have an effect of preloading the drivers side of the rear axle more and, possibly allow the right rear tire to come off the ground more easily due to some sort of torsional strain from the off the ground mounting. Am I making sense? Worrying for nothing?

i dont think it will matter much with poly bushings, but with the rubber bushings you need to tighten them down when the car is on its wheels.

If the bar is adjustable the suspension needs to be loaded. When I did mine I measured the distance fom the LCA over to the tire. Made sure both sides were the same.

If its not adjustable it does not matter because you can't change it.
