Looking for some numbers. What is a good guide to get me into that 12.99 I so desperatly seek?

60 Foot?

1/8 mile?

1/4 Mile Trap Speed?

I was thinking a 1.9 60 Foot with a trap speed over 105MPH? Is that about right?

Well thats a hard question to answer, you have an A4 or M6 car?? Is it stock or modded? An 8.301/8 mile 104 or so trap will give a 12.99.

I am close myself, see sig. I would need to pull
a 1.83 in the 60 to get into the 12's with a 104
trap speed. Your first estimate is very close;
1.9's 60 ft with 105 trap.
The trap speed in my case is with a manual tranny.

I'd say you wouldn't necessarilly need a 1.90 60' for a 12 second pass, but it would help, I think w/higher MPH it's safe to say 105-106 is the norm for a 13-flat to a 12.85. There's always exceptions though. For the 1/8th, probably 8.25-8.35, traction off the line being the big factor.

I've run 12s with 2.1 60ft times. It all depends on how much power and traction you have. An 800hp Camaro can run 12s with a 3.0 60ft

I've run a 12.93 @ only 102.5 mph but that was into a strong headwind on a 1.68 60 foot. If you can hit 103.5 mph with a high stall torque converter and E/T streets I'd say you could get a 12.99. Keep in mind you'll lose mph with the installation of a high stall torque converter and slicks so your car will probably be need to be pulling 105 mph trap speeds before the install.

Do you have an LT1 engine under your hood or a Supra engine? No disrespect intended. A while back I raced an LS1 SS Camaro that was running 12.9s at 114-115mph with about 2.1 60ft times. Is ET vs MPH affected by track elevation and ambient temp?
