Aftermarket torque arms

Can anyone identify what brand torque arm this is? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7996459423

Is it the kind that needs the bar that welds to the sfcs, like bmr trak pack.

It looks like it will not over very much improvement over the stock arm. It is not adjustable and it looks flimsy. Cant really tell what brand it is, looks like it was painted over.

Not sure what brand it is....It does not look like it mounts to the stock location, so does it come with a mount? I would not like an aftermarket not being adjustable either.
