is this primed?? - new front bumper

Do this guy look primed? I think it is because it has a dull finish, but im not quite sure....

it probably is. To check, use 600 grit and sand small spot. If your paper gets black residue (powder like) it's primed and finish sanding with 600. clean it and paint.

its either primed or gel-coat.. gelcoat is usually a little shinier so im gonna guess primed :)

if it is a new front bumper cover, there should be a sticker on the inside saying original OEM primer was used. So to answer your question...yes, it is primed
