I am putting a 125 shot in my stock 02 SS. My question is What plugs should I go with? Can I use the diablo programmer to tune or should I have it dyno tuned and will my stock LS1 handle the juice? It is the Zex wet smart kit.

NGK TR6 plugs will be good plugs. For the kit I would go with nitrous express or Dynotune kit. http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/

Go with some NGK TR-6s plugs. I know the Zex kit comes with a TPS switch, but I don't think it comes with a window switch, which I would suggest using, along with a bottle heater. I would not use a "handheld" tuning device to tune the PCM if you're going to spray it. I would have it dyno tuned, but if the car is stock you don't "need" to have it tuned, but it won’t hurt to have it done. Better safe then sorry, right? ;) If you are completely stock your fuel system SHOULD be okay, but if you start doing other mods or if you want to play it safe, look into a Racetronix fuel pump kit. If you have any questions or want some more info on the window switches or fuel pumps, check out our website.
Thanks,
Matt

So your saying as long as I stay stock I can spray without a tune. I bought the TR6 plugs and I will be putting the kit in tomorrow with the 125hp jets, I just wanted to double check and make sure that what you are saying is once I get the kit setup I should be ok to spray without a tune right??

You should be okay with the stock tune. Would it HURT to get tuned or pull some timing? No, better safe then sorry, but you should be okay if you're completely stock.

ok, My next question would be I have a threaded connection on the end of my fuel rail on the drivers side...Can I use this connection for my fuel input. Also does anyone know which wire to connect to for my TPS wire and where it is located?????

Yes, just remove the Schrader Valve inside. For the TPS switch it should be the blue wire. Double check it with a multimeter to be 100% sure.

125 should be plenty fine with stock timing. i run 200 motor rating with stock tune and fuel system on the 00 formula.
