I could be wrong here, but I am sure all that extra crap is to distort the looks from car spys. I have seen vets like that in proto type stage, just to throw off any on lookers why they do their testing. I am sure that is what was going on there, cause no one woul d put out a car that ugly in this day and time.....I would hope, unless the designer was Pee Wee Herman or something.
