NX Phase 3 Gemini Quad vs. NOS 2 Stage Double Cross Bar

Any one have any experience with either of these kits? I am switching to a Super Victor on my LT1 and I am looking at using one of these two kits?

With the Super Victor and its runners extended into the plenum a bit I have to be real careful what kit I use otherwise I would just run a 2 Stage Big Shot.

I was told the NOS Double Cross Bar is a great choice, but I am very curious about the spray bar less Phase 3 Gemini plate.

I have experience with both brands and think they are both great quality kits, I do really like NX's solenoids though.

Any input would be greatly appreciated....especially real world experience with either of them.

Thanks,

Dave

This info isn't going to be conclusive in any way but I am running the NOS double cross as two seperate BigShot systems. No signs of detonation or mixture distribution trouble...yet. The fore/aft bars are maxed out with an R solinoid and the perpendicular bars have a mild tuneup (150-200). The kit is not designed to run this way as the stock jetting splits a BigShot's flow between the two sets of bars. I have always been a loyal NOS customer as their systems have always been reliable in my hands but the tuneup needs to be tweaked by the user. Specifically timing retard, don't be afraid to yank some more timimg out. I've just started tuning with my wideband and there is a bunch I've left on the table there. Good luck with whatever you decide to use.
