Who will win, Me or WS6?

Im working on my car right now on my cam swap, but i want an idea on how i will fair in this race.
Before i had done any work on it the guy always beat me, my best being my front bumper at his rear. He gets me off the launch and everything. We have raced from a roll when i was in first at 3000 so i could be in the sweet spot. I jump him for like a millisecond and then he just leaves me.
His Automatic 02 WS6 has Full headers ORY and Corsa and intake and CRAPPERtech programmer ;) .
My car will be as in sig with added parts being, 233 239 durrations Comp Cam with .600 and .604 lift 112 LSA (all tuned by TSP), Long TubeHeaders ORY and straight pipe, 4.10 gears, intake, and spec stage II. :cool:
What will happen? Will i beat him from a dig and from a roll pretty soundly?
Im thinking if i dont this will be the biggest waist of money on God's Green Earth. :death:

With those mods you will leave him for sure. You might want to get some drag radials for that beast though. :cool:

theirs more to it then justa big cam. ours is almost identical, but with all the mods in my sig, im at 13.1. you should do better being an m6. i have tc and gear issues (2.73) but dont feel like you wasted your money. you still may need to upgrade your intake if you havent already.

I would think that if it is tuned properly, you are going to beat him. Your cars will be similar, but you'll have the cam and he won't. It seems like a cam gives the LS1 a lot of power.

I don't think it will be close. The gears and long tubes alone should give you the edge with that 6 speed. Through a cam in and it's over. I think traction is going to be your biggest issue. You got him for sure as long as you can hook up.

Well that'll teach eveyone to underestimate the A4s even if they have M6. The 4.10s alone will give you enough to beat him, you shouldn't have any trouble especially with the cam, just don't blow the launch.
