Where to get horn plugs/e-brake rubber??

Does anybody know where I can get replacement plugs that plug into the horns (mine were cut off and I just have wires hanging beside my horns)? Or, does anybody know if I can I just hardwire the horns? Also, my car is missing the little rubber piece that goes around the e-brake handle, does anybody know where I can buy a replacement piece?

GM PART # 15306302 for the horn connector, AC-Delco #PT1357.
It would be cheaper to find what you need at a salvage yard and splice them in.
