Coming to a fork in the road here, and need to choose a direction.
Given the specific combination:
350 LT1 block, properly prepped
3.48" Callies Dragonslayer Crank
6.00" Howard's PM Rods
Mahle -5cc Pistons
Reworked Iron Heads with 54cc chamber
0.39 Felpro composite gaskets
Static Compression Ratio = approximately 11.7:1
Camshaft - Unspecified (To Be Decided)
What sort of nitrous setup would you feel is most advisable and what would you feel the limits would be? This question is wide open and not subject to budgetary constraints.
Note 1: Please do not suggest changes to the combination. I wish to evaluate THIS combination.
Note 2: The practical limit would almost certainly be under 300hp, because of the flow limitations of even extensively reworked iron heads. I would still be interested in what you feel the bottom end will withstand with those parts; were the head's flow not a limiting factor.
