Dyno and Tuned in NJ

Hey guys I need to get my car dyno tested and tuned. It's running really lean. I'm from North Jeresy and want to go some where close to me and that will do a good job. Any help would be great. Thanks

I think Cartek only tunes 96-97 (OBDII) LT1s....I could be wrong though.

If you have a '95, you are prolly best off getting someone to burn you a custom chip. Look around for thirdgen guys who do their own tuning, they should be able to help you.

95's are flash based but are the bastard child...since they are still obd1...tunercats & ls1edit are th eonly 2 programs that i know of that you can use to tune them...i know jon prevost(fasterthanyou) from www.njfboa.com has the equipment & knowhow to do the tuning for the car...if you'd like I'll foward this thread to him. Or you can PM him on there yourself for faster results.

Cartek tuned my 95ta. They did a nice job julio is one of the best tuners around. Before my dyno tune my car was running 12.7 n/a and 11.8s with a 100shot. That was with a mail order tune. After he dyno tuned it the car went 12.3 n/a and 11.4 with the same 100 shot. This was also in warmer weather.

Hey nick take it to cartek. TTP doesn't tune lt1's.

julio being one of the best around is a matter of opinion...i had a cartek tune in my car origonally & had them pull it in favor of the stock tune because it was so bad....from there i started tuning my own cars. Also ultimate orange ss posted ttp's site.

Hey Lt1dtpower, I called up TTP, and they only have editing software for LS1's. I told them that I have my own laptop with LT1 Edit, and they said that they can tune it no problem. They can do this for anyone with an LT1 and their own laptop/software. I will go down and talk to them and feel them out, they are like 10 minutes from my house, but I am still considering Cartek as well. Just an FYI for guys in the area.
